Thank you for checking out my website and my blog. I look forward to interacting with you here, and exploring topics of interest to us both.

I have many interests but top of them all is writing. I love the process of putting my thoughts into words and refining those words until they come as close to possible to what I am feeling. Putting those words out where others can read them is a new step for me, and I'm grateful you are willing to join me in this exploration.

Other interests include all aspects of motherhood, including releasing semi-adult children into the world to find their own way, studies in the Enneagram, the inner journey of menopause, and healing and supporting our nervous systems, to name just a few.

I look forward to seeing where this journey takes me.
